Below is a copy of our Goat Purchase Agreement. Please print the form, fill it out and bring it when you come to view the goat(s) you are interested in buying.

I acknowledge that I am putting a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $50.00 to purchase an animal(s). _____ doe _____ wether. We sell bucks ONLY by special order.

I understand that once I choose my goat(s) it cannot be "exchanged".

I acknowledge that my goat(s) will not be allowed to leave the premises of Dingle Ranch until three things are complete:
1. The goat(s) must be at least 10 weeks old (or at sellers discretion);
2. The goat(s) must be weaned (or at sellers discretion);
3. The remaining balance is paid in full.
All payments must be made in CASH before I can take my goat(s) home.
I understand that my goat(s) must be picked up and paid for in full by ____________________, 2018. If my goat(s) is not picked up and paid in full by this date, $5.00 will be charged every day after (up to 14 days). This additional fee must be paid, including balance due, before the goat(s) leave the premises of Dingle Ranch. If the goat(s) has still not been picked up and paid for in full 14 days after the pick-up date, the goat(s) and the deposit will be forfeited.
In the unlikely event that your selected goat(s) should die while it is still in the possession of Dingle Ranch, at sellers option, the goat(s) will be replaced with one of equal value, as soon as one is available, or a full refund will be given. Dingle Ranch is not responsible for acclimation of your goat(s) in your home or any other place. For example, other animals not getting along with the goat(s), you are not zoned for goats, etc. These are issues that need to be considered before acquiring goats.
I understand the statues set forth in this Purchase Agreement and will abide by them.
